Jana, thank you again for your order.  This page has been established to illustrate the custom items you have ordered and post your invoice as well.  We do this to minimize misunderstandings, although admittedly the rather sketchy renditions of the pictures of your work cannot be as representative as we would like. 

The invoice consists of four pages: (i) the contact and ship to information, (ii) the invoice (not including shipping costs), (iii) page one of the price list, and (iv) page 2 of the price list.
