1.     Exchange Program: Exchange price is wholesale price paid; possible in-person exchange to avoid shipping costs, otherwise equal sharing of shipping costs = lower risk of initial purchase! Term: Jan-Dec 2021.

2.    Demonstration: During Spring/Summer 2021, an outside (unless local regulations by then authorize in-door gatherings) demonstration at customer location of slipcasting and decoration with takeaway gifts for participants; NY City region only (determined by mutual discussion and agreement; Term: Jan-Dec 2021; Includes Exchange Program. 

3. Exclusive: Joint development of new surface treatment on any existing collection as of December 1, 2020; to be sold exclusively by customer; Term: ends 1 year after both Jean Elton and customer agree to exclusive design, but no later than 31 January 2022; includes both Exchange Program and Demonstration, but exercise of Exchange Program need not be for exclusive products..
